From A 14 - Pescara Sud-Francavilla highway exit - to
our farmhouse: KM. 8.
When you come out of the A14 highway exit called Pescara Sud -
Francavilla turn left and follow the directions to Miglianico
- Francavilla. After few metres you'll reach a crossroad, turn
right towards Miglianico and go along the road for about 3.5 km
up untill a crossroad with trafficlights. At this crossroad turn
right and go straight on along the road called S.S. 263 towards
Guardiagrele - Passo Lanciano - Pretoro for about 3.5 km. Once
driving alomd this road watch out the kilometre signals on your
rightside. When you get at 7th km of the S.S.263 turn right and
go straight on for about 1 km. Our farmhouse is the third building
on the right.
You can't miss these directions but for further reference at 7th
km of S.S.263 please look for the notices "Vivaio Apice Piante"
(a yellow building), "Cooperativa Val di Foro" (a dark
red building) and "S.I.M.A." agricultural machinery
(luminous signal) on the left; or "Vivaio oasi Piante"
(it has an entrance with two columns) on your right.
From A25 - Chieti highway exit to our farmhouse: KM. 21.
If you come from the A25 Roma – Pescara you'll get out at
Chieti exit. Once out of the highway, follow the diractions to
Chieti - Francavilla and go staight on for about 7 km. Just after
an underpass pay attention to a junction with a Stop signal. At
this junction turn left to Francavilla – Guardiagrele. Driving
along this road you'll an Agip petrol station after 5 km. Get
on this road towards Francavilla and turn right just after a while
following the direction to Ripa Teatina. Drive along this road
up to the town. Once you get at church follow the directions for
Miglianico for about 5 km. When you'll reach an Api gas station
turn right and take the “S.S.263 Val di Foro” following
the directions to Bocca di Valle – Pretoro - Guardiagrele.When
you get at 7th km of the S.S.263 turn right and go straight on
for about 1 km. Our farmhouse is the third building on the right.

From airport in Pescara to the agriturismo La Capezzagna: KM.

Leave the parking lot of the airport and take the direction to
Pescara.
Follow the coast road to Francavilla al Mare and after passing
through all the town of Francavilla al Mare take a right turn
on to the S.S.263 in the direction of Guardiagrele – Passo
Lanciano – Pretoro for about 7 Km.
Continue on S.S.263 and near the km. 7 look for (on the left)
Vivaio Apice Piante (building of yellow color), Cooperative Val
di Foro (building of dark red color), S.I.M.A. agricultural cars
(bright insignia orang/jellow colors) - on the right: Vivaio Oasi
Piante (it has an entry with two columns in white stone).
Opposite SIMA is a road to the right which take, go up the hill
La Capezzagnais the third house on the right. La Capezzagna is
bilding of red color. Do not miss the Small wooden Sign in the
hedge.
From the airport by bus:
From Pescara airport you'll get a bus to the Pescara bus station
(near railway station). Once there take the A.R.P.A. busline "Francavilla–Miglianico-
Guardiagrele". You have to get off at 7th Km along the road
S.S. 263 "Val di Foro".
