The food is not included. You have to use the leash and they don't have access to the inside rooms.
We would appreciate if you brought with you a cover and the kennel of your "friend."
The animals cannot make their own needs in the area devoted to the garden. |
USEFUL INFORMATION |

Arrival: the day of the arrival the rooms are to disposition of the guests from 3.00 p.m. If the arrival is after 6.00 p.m., we beg you to inform us. All of our rooms are for no smokers.
Departure: the day of the departure it is kindly request to leave the rooms within 10.00 a.m. In case of availability, it is possible to occupy the room up 3.00 p.m. with supplement of 5,00 €.
Typology of accomodation: when booking we will be able to guarantee you the availability of the select typology.
Guarantee booking: to guarantee the booking we ask to send us the data of the credit card, if unable to effect the confirmation stay by bank transfer.

Confirmation of booking: In confirmation of booking it is appreciated the payment of the 30% of the due sum within 10 days.

Anticipated departure: in case of anticipated departure the amount of the whole stay is due.
Penalty for cancellation: Up to 15 days from the date of arrival of the booking, the deposit will be returned without interests, taken away the expenses of dispatch. From the 14° day preceding the date of arrival payment of the whole amount of the booking is due.
Balance of booking: at the arrival the guests must pay the whole amount of the stay
Price encludes: Water in room; Hair dryer, Personal hygiene products, Refrigerator, Television, Fan, Heating, Brochures of the Abruzzo, Games for children, Table-football, Mountain-bike, VAT 10%, Beach umbrella to carry, Free ervice beach includingf: a beach umbrella, a deck-chair,and a tanning bed in a bathing establishment 8 km far.
In the month of August only bookings of one week (from saturda to Saturday) are accepted.
Additional charge: Extra meal, per person, excluded wine: 23,00 €. Cradle for newborn baby, in room with adults: 5,00 €.
As a gift: a bottle of wine or a product typical of the agriturismo “La Capezzagna”
The price list 2009 has been regularly authenticated from the Province of Chieti
Offers, promotions and last-minutes can not be combined with further reductions or discounts got through conventions with other body.
